ABOUT THE JOURNAL
Adiada Research Review (ARR) is an international journal that uses a multidimensional scholarly approach to probe the intricacies of research issues for a broader and better understanding of complex human problems. The journal is published at the Department of Mass Communication, Faculty of the Social Sciences, Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka, Anambra State, Nigeria. The editorial board members and consultants are drawn from scholars across different parts of the world.
AIMS AND SCOPE
The journal aims to publish original academic papers on matters of social significance and the global trends affecting the contemporary human society. So, it among other things, gives attention to wide empirical-cum theoretical issues bordering on Psychology, Philosophy, Political Science, Journalism, Public Relations, Advertising, Marketing, Communications, Arts/Humanities, Languages, Law, Public Administration, Religion, Social Policy, Economics, Business Administration, Accountancy, Health Sciences, Education, Agriculture, Sociology and Anthropology. It uses interdisciplinary as well as transdisciplinary qualitative and quantitative studies to examine matters of societal significance to people.
The journal focuses on socio-political, economic, cultural, and technological issues affecting Nigeria. Such issues can be in connection with any part of the world. Based on that, submissions are welcome from scholars around the globe, and it is in this manner that the journal embraces international scholarship without prejudice to its focus on Nigeria.
PUBLISHING PLAN
The journal shall be published quarterly in the months of January, April, July, and October every year. It shall publish a special issue on child rights matters within any part of the year as the editors may decide.
ARTICLE PROCESSING CHARGE
The journal charges authors an overall sum of thirty-five thousand naira (N35,000) as the Article Processing Charge and that covers the paper reviewers' honorarium as well as the running costs for managing the journal. However, the authors shall not pay the Article Processing Charge any time the editors and or the publishers get advert subscriptions or a special grant for any edition of the journal.
Note: The Article Processing Charge or the expected adverts or grants from any sources shall not influence the journal's strict editorial decisions on accepting or rejecting any manuscript(s).

MANUSCRIPT FORMATTING AND SUBMISSION GUIDELINES
- Every manuscript should be original work, which is not under review in any other publication.
- Every manuscript should be in the English Language, any other language can be discussed and approved with conditions.
- Every submission should be thoroughly proofread to avoid spelling and grammatical errors; however, we can offer such services at charges to the author(s).
- All submissions should be sent electronically in a Microsoft Word file with Times New Roman 12 font size.
- All submissions must bear the author’s name, institutional affiliation, email addresses, especially official addresses. Note: The surname of author(s) should come last in bold letters, and no title is allowed.
- All manuscripts should be arranged and should contain the Title, Author details, Abstract, Introduction, Statement of the Problem, Research Questions or Hypothesis. Literature review should follow as well as the Theoretical Framework (where necessary). Also, the Methodology section should contain: design, population, sample size and sampling technique. Data Presentation, Results, Conclusion and Recommendations (where necessary) shall come shortly before the References. The structure of the methodology may differ depending on a given study.
- The abstract should be a maximum of two hundred (200) words with five keywords.
- Both the in-text citation and the references should be in APA 6th edition style for the first year of the journal.
- Every submission should not exceed six thousand (6,000) words including the references and author details.

- All comments made on any manuscript should be thoroughly corrected in a colour different from black with polite responses to the major comments of the reviewers presented on tables.
- Author(s) are obligated to ensure their manuscript is devoid of plagiarism (not more than 20%). Author(s) shall bear the liability of any plagiarism in their manuscript and not ARR or the editors.
NOTE: This journal values originality, meticulousness, intellectual rigour, and the use of latest analytical tools for data presentations.
