Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format.
  • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  • The text is single-spaced and uses a 12-point font. All illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.

Author Guidelines

  1. Every manuscript should be original work, which is not under review in any other publication.
  2. Every manuscript should be in the English Language, any other language can be discussed and approved with conditions.
  3. Every submission should be thoroughly proofread to avoid spelling and grammatical errors, however, we can offer such services at charges to the author(s).
  4. All submissions should be sent electronically in a Microsoft Word file with Times New Roman font.
  5. All submissions must bear the author’s name, institutional affiliation, and email addresses especially official addresses. Note: The surname of the author(s) should come last in bold letters, and no title is allowed.
  6. All manuscripts should be arranged from the Title, Author details, and Abstract, Introduction should contain the statement of problem with research questions or hypothesis, Literature review follows as well as theoretical framework (where necessary). Also, the methodology section should have: design, population, sample size, sampling technique, Data presentation, Results, Conclusion, and where necessary recommendations shall follow the References. The structure of the methodology may differ depending on a given study.
  7. The abstract should not be more than 160 words with 5 keywords.
  8. Both the in-text citation and the references should be in APA 6th edition style for the first year of the journal.
  9. Every submission should not exceed 6,000 thousand words including the references and author details.
  10. All submissions should be through this website https://adiada.org or the official email address of the journal: eic@adiada.org
  11. All comments made on any manuscript should be thoroughly corrected in a colour different from black with polite responses to the major comments of the reviewers presented on tables.
  12. Author(s) are obligated to ensure their manuscript is devoid of plagiarism. So authors should do a plagiarism test before their final submission as they shall bear its liability and not ARR or the editors.
